The Schiavo Case and Liberalism: A must-read article on the Schiavo case by Eric Cohen. He pretty clearly articulates what I find to be the most compelling reason for continued involvement by Congress and the State of Florida: the fact that there is not compelling evidence that Terri wanted to die in this situation.
